Kids (and adults!) would eat pizza every day if they could. So we took out the low-nutrient crust and replaced it with Quinoa, one of the world’s most popular health foods. Beyond being high in protein, its list of nutritional benefits is endless. Pairing quinoa with tomatoes and zucchini gives kids a low-carb boost of fiber and vitamin C in every bite.
